Medical Banks Ltd. is committed to achieving Net Zero carbon emissions by 2040. Our MediBanks and SoftRecruit VMS products play a central role in enabling low-carbon, digital, workforce operations through cloud-first, remote-enabled technologies.

4. CARBON REDUCTION PROJECTS

4.1 Completed Measures

• Migration to 100% renewable energy hosting (AWS Ireland using renewable electricity)
• Implementation of remote-first work policies (reducing commuting emissions)
• Transition to energy-efficient LED lighting in office spaces
• Virtualisation of physical servers, reducing hardware footprint
• Implementation of cloud-based SaaS delivery model (shared infrastructure = lower emissions per user)

4.2 Future Measures

• Migration to carbon-neutral data centers by 2026
• Electric vehicle fleet for any necessary on-site visits (2027)
• Supply chain engagement program to reduce Scope 3 emissions
• Integration of carbon footprint tracking into product roadmap
